Absolutely. We can host Video Conferencing for anyone who needs it. Legal professionals, government entities, businesses, and even every-day citizens. Rates may vary for contract work.
Can you record any Video Conferencing session that I might schedule?
We do have the ability to record any Video Conferencing sessions that we host. However, it is not a standard practice and must be requested. We believe in our clients' privacy and would never record anything without their understanding, acknowledgement and consent. All recordings must be agreed to up front and scheduled accordingly.
Are the videos I receive from you admissible in court?
Yes, the videos you receive are admissible in court, as they are recorded by professional videographers.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, you msut cancel 2 hours before the scheduled job. If your job is scheduled the next day at 8am or 9am, you cannot send an email to cancel. You must call our after-hours line at 954-525-2221 and speak to a person to cancel. If you send an email after business hours on the day before your 8am or 9am job, it will not be considered a proper cancellation, since we will not get the message until 8am the day of the job and will have no time to cancel.
How long does it take to get my video?
Usually, videos are available the same day. After they are recorded, our professional videographers immediately get to work on editing and correcting the video to prepare it for viewing by the client. Sometimes it takes longer if there are exhibits involved or other videos need to be spliced in. If it is a deposition that needs to be synced to the transcript, the turnaround time relies entirely upon the speed of the transcript ordered.
What format can I get it in?
Videos can be provided in almost any format, but generally videos are sent in an MP4 format, because it is currently the most widely recognized and used.
Can I still get a hard copy, even during COVID?
Yes, we are happy to provide a hard copy. They can be delivered via mail (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or on your personal account, at the buyer's expense) on a DVD or a CD. We do not supply USB drives.
How do you get the video to me if I choose a digital copy?
If you choose to receive a digital copy, we will send it to you through an online application called Box. It is similar to DropBox and sends large files in various formats. It is safe, secure, and encrypted for sensitive data.
If I record a deposition, can I get it synced to the transcript?
Absolutely. This is something our videographers specialize in. The turnaround time will be based entirely upon the speed at which you order your transcript and the speed at which the reporter gets the transcript to our videographers. Once we have the transcript, the turnaround is within 24 hours.
What is the difference between being invoiced and COD?
All new clients are considered to be Cash On Delivery (COD) which means that they are pre-paid clients. The morning before the job is scheduled, upon client confirmation that the job is going forward, a pre-payment is due for the amount agreed upon at scheduling. Once ten jobs have been successfully completed, a client is no longer considered 'new' and is moved to an invoice status, unless there are underlying circumstances that prevent them from being invoiced.
What are the individual line items on my invoice?
Each individual line item is from a service requested by the client and provided by United Video. If you have questions about specific items, please contact our billing department.
Who can I call about billing questions?
If you have further questions about billing, please contact our billing department at 954-525-2221, or send an email to mail@unitedreporting.net and someone will answer your questions promptly.
